How It Works
- Complete the form below we will assign the issue to a support team member.
- The a team member will review the issue and will either give advice or ask further details. Working on the problem until it is fixed.
- If needs be the assigned person will call in expert help from other support team members who have specialist knowledge to take over from them.
- We may arrange a site visit or may ask your permission to complete a remote session where they will securely dial into your system to fix the issue.
This site is free for customers and clients of Ellmore Digital with a valid tech support agreement. We accept support requests from companies who are not current customers, a quote will be sent on submitting a request.
Support requests are continually monitored and those we consider urgent may be worked on outside our normal business hours which are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
